How a Single Campaign Sparked 250+ Calls

Opolis, a Web3 payroll and employment platform, had an ambitious mission but was struggling with slow growth. While marketing efforts existed, they lacked structure, and new member acquisition remained inconsistent. When I started in September, payroll volume sat at just $400K, with a year-end target of surpassing $1M—a goal that wasn’t achievable without a stronger marketing engine.

As their CMO, I created a structured, data-driven approach to demand generation. One of the biggest wins came from a one-week advertising blitz on the popular Bankless podcast. The results were immediate: Opolis went from a handful of new member calls each week to over 250 booked calls before the campaign ended, putting us firmly on track to hit the $1M milestone. I also built and optimized the campaign’s landing page, which ultimately delivered a 37% conversion rate.
